How long does it take to dispatch your orders?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the day of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.  Once your order is dispatched, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided within your order. It may land in your junk/spam folder, so don't forget to take a look there!

For International Delivery

We currently ship worldwide! Simply select your country upon checkout and the international shipping charges will be calculated automatically by the weight of package/delivery destination. You will have the choice to pick the best shipping option suited for your needs. Tracking number will be provided to the customer upon dispatch.

As per shipping regulations, we must mark all international packages as per its full value and cannot change it to zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees. All taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by the customer in order for successful delivery of your order.

If your country isn’t listed, simply drop us a message and we will have it sorted out. 

Note: 

Please verify the shipping address and contact information at checkout before confirmation. If a package is returned to us due to an errant address, additional shipping fees will apply.

What is your return / refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations amidst COVID-19, we are not able to accept returns or refunds for confirmed orders.

All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Please note that colour and design of each product may differ due to the nature of product and colour difference of monitors, and this will not be considered as defective. 
 If you've received an incorrect or defective item, please read on! 
 

What if i receive an incorrect or defective item? 

Please contact us at hello@chubbycompany.com within 2 days of receiving your order with the following information: 

● Order number
● Reason for returns/ exchange
● Attached image proof of stated issue*

*In the event of damaged and defective items, please include image proof of item, exterior packaging, and interior packaging. These images are required for any refunds or exchanges.
      Please ensure that the product is unused and with all original packaging. We may ask you to proceed to send the item back to us, for which we will reimburse with a valid shipping receipt. If the correct item no longer in stock, we will inform you when it is back in stock or issue you a full refund.

      We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking service to ensure that your item will not be lost during delivery. ChubbyCo., will not be liable for lost return parcels.
